These dogs, esp the one on the right, do not like the rain. (California natives.) And it's been raining all day. So, when Mz McGillicuddy came to announce it was time to walk, I suspected there was a break in the down pour. And there was. She timed it perfectly, as more is coming soon. Good girl!

Ahhhhh--just LOOK at all these nice, cool temps and multiple days of rain! The dogs aren't jazzed about the rain, but bring it on!

Oh lordy--we wasted money on so many of these types of beds! Turned out that our old girl preferred the more solid and stable memory foam type (when she wasn't on our bed, couch, or big round chair). Dogs are funny people.

Not happy "liking" this, but I get it. People reeeaallly don't like/don't know how to react to chronic illness and freak out about serious depression.

Neighbor came to our door. I didn't know she had her sweet lil dog with her, so I opened the door without restraining my dogs. My angelic mostly black dog attacked. My happy blonde dog took off to explore the 'hood. Cue the indignity if trotting after her braless. All are okay. But, whew.

<spoiler, The Substance> Hrmmm...definitely (TW) body horror. Gripping and interesting concept. Not loving the execution of the ending, tho it goes where it pretty much has to go. Do not watch if struggling with body dysmorphia. It's a scary depiction of how hating yourself can tear you apart.

We moved in 2017 within town, and again in 2023 two states away, but the precious beef bouillon cubes that expired in 2011 escaped the purges. Did I throw this out after taking the pic? Hell no--there's still 4 cubes in there!

Throwing a temper tantrum because her sister is getting some attention. She carried on > than a minute before shouting at us. She was ~10 yo when we adopted her, so I don't know if someone taught her to take out her aggression this way. I just think it's adorable. RIP neat, tidy blankets...
