Betekent dit dat de VS zich opmaken hun arsenaal atoomwapens weer uit te breiden? En hoe ziet het Chinese kernwapenprogramma er eigenlijk uit, waarom breidt China het aantal kernkoppen sterk uit en hoe waarschijnlijk is het dat zij afspraken willen maken over wapenbeperking?
