I would also like to plug Mel Hudson’s reading of Children of Time. It’s the perfect blend of characterization and nature documentary narrator for the book and was a genuine treat to listen to. It’s so short-sighted a self-defeating for Audible to not recognize the appeal of such treasures.
Speaking of good audio narrators, I'm listening to Steven Pacey read @joeabercrombie.com 's The Devils. It's an amazing book so far, perhaps his best yet, and Pacey reads with enormous character.
