These episodes recount real people working on really hard problems. The false starts, wrong hypotheses, accidental insights, systematic approaches (& then sometimes not!), the tenacity to find root causes--all of it is so refreshingly honest, this is why I call it a gift. Thank you for sharing! 2/2
