Don’t get me wrong - I love offal. It was meant as a lighthearted reply - you have to admit the “look” isn’t great. And BTW I’ve had great meals in the US and dreadful ones in Europe. Bon appetit!

Spot on, Jay. Da Mario is also great for people-watching, from the Asian students to trout-pouting Sophia Loren wannabes to bonkers S Ken locals with puppies in Ralph Lauren gilets in a pram. The staff, of course, don’t bat an eyelid.

I’m seeing at least 2 new patients a week with this. Most are happy when they understand the mechanism, and eventually notice it less. Most.
It would also help if primary care practitioners could be explained the difference between a slow pulse and true bradycardia.
