He still hasn't understood that Americans are paying those tariffs. It's basically a sales tax at that point. Some foreign companies do sell stuff duty free but it's still the American client who's paying or the foreign company who's reducing their profit margin. No new money is getting in the US.

They'll be in Charlevoix, so not exactly in Quebec City. I don't know exactly where they'll be but probably an hour or two from the city.

They won't risk having that kind of meeting in the city, they remember the Americas Summit protests in 2001.

It is a fascinating phenomenon I have observed in Montreal and Quebec City too. We have snow 4-5 months a year and yet, people still are surprised and chaos ensues. I'll never understand.

C'est totalement la responsabilité du gouvernement fédéral de faire ça ou du moins de donner les moyens aux villes de le faire. Poilievre est incroyablement déconnecté de la réalité du Canadien moyen...et ce dernier ne s'aperçoit pas qu'il se fait avoir par le discours populiste de Poilievre.
