Last thing, if you're a hiring manager:
Sometimes Black people (& others) do quit positions due to racism, but we're advised not to talk about that during interviews.
So consider that if you see someone w/ multiple jobs in a short period of time.
+the job market is 💩 which explains the gaps.

For my last microbiology job, I was auto-rejected multiple times. Luckily, I knew someone on the inside who brought my name up to the hiring manager.
I was hired and within 3 months... I was training my immediate superior.. who was hire months before me...
Again, I was rejected for that job.

Communicate science to a variety of audiences from other scholars, to professional clients, to the layperson (my scicomm platform)
Analyze & visualize data using python or R (my research)
People and project manage (my 10 yrs of professional experience)
but I can't get a job.
