This breaks my heart. I live in a county of 382K.We have roughly 3.5K homeless. Eugene is the hub of this population. My home is along a bike path that many travel and camp on so I see it every day. St. Vincent de Paul has been a literal life saver.

This breaks my heart. I live in a county of 382K.We have roughly 3.5K homeless. Eugene is the hub of this population. My home is along a bike path that many travel and camp on so I see it every day. St. Vincent de Paul has been a literal life saver.
