Life with long Covid
I wish I could forget about this by tomorrow, but I know it will stay with me.

Strangely enough, I didn't have hay fever symptoms last year.

This year, my symptoms are back to normal, so I'm hoping that my immune system has recovered.

I think my condition is improving, but I still can't imagine living like I did before I got sick.

Nevertheless, I feel a sense of mild pressure creeping up on me, and I feel discouraged.

My stance that Long Covid symptoms are not primarily psychological remains unchanged, but I have come to realize that some methods of dealing with brain dysfunction can be obtained through psychiatry.

While I don't consistently complain about feeling depressed, this is how depression treatment worked for me.

The concept of depression as a disease may encompass a wide range of brain dysfunctions.
