So I guess the question is, does Salah want to be an LFC legend, or does he want to increase his pension pot?

I'd be surprised to see them try to compete with oil money. What works for LFC is the argument that you get to be a legend with them or just another player elsewhere.

He's probably at the tail end of peak at 32 and LFC aren't known for stumping up huge sums to keep talent at Anfield....

Surely most people wish him well whichever way he goes.

Just like Torres, Alonso, Mascherano, Suarez, Coutinho, and many other individually talented players that moved on, the hole left will be filled by others and new talent will emerge.

I don't think he's ignoring it. I think he wants to reduce the saliency of Brexit in the media as it's an open sore that seeps into every policy discussion.

I don't really care how he labels issues and policy remedies. I just want leadership that seeks ever improving ties with our neighbours

Amazed that anyone's opinion has changed that much. Any decisions he took to balance the economy would have involved one cohort or another up in arms.

Other people complaining about their meal: if you can't manage kindness, at least don't be an arsehole!

Unbelievably shitty of the restaurant

He gave the team its soul back. I'll always remember those early days when he had the players stick around after the whistle and applaud the fans.

What he did for the club can't be measured in results alone. We were lucky to have one of the greats. #ynwa

It always feels like we want to pigeon hole others into these neat little boxes, but it's seldom a fair reflection.

I don't really get why the news narrative is only ever positioned on a spectrum of left to right.

It's as though there are no other dimensions through which people see the world.

Can't you be left leaning but for a strong stance on law and order? Or right leaning and pro environmental policies...

If they're using SIC code classification, then presumably buying software licenses, contracting in specialist staff & consultants will all add to that sector even if it's for the automotive or aerospace industry

It's polling commissioned by NFU though. I suspect that this particular policy lands more favourably with the general electorate who just want to see equitable tax treatment for those receiving a large windfall

For the first time in 10 years I'm going to cancel my subscription.

If I can't use my Strava data the way I want anymore, then it's not worth the expense.

Putting up barriers to keep people locked in and prevent other innovative 3rd parties locked out.

I think it's a mistake for the competitor experience as well as from a business perspective.

The Garmins of this world have platforms that don't need Strava as an aggregator of gpx files anymore...

You could import and extract your data in whatever way made sense in your training regime.

Now it feels like they've lost sight of that and instead they're focusing on the type of tactics users have complained about in various ecosystems over the years...

You have to feel for farmers. It's a way of life that struggles to keep pace with modern demands whilst staying profitable.

Unfortunately their cause is being appropriated by those with ulterior motives.

Market access, farm labour, subsidies all worse because of #Brexit

I thought Nigel didn't approve of middle class privately educated protesters. Domestic terrorism I think he called it.
