I don't know why it's so rampant in the plastic and paper aisle – the unit price shelf labels for foods seem to generally be both accurate (when I occasionally spot-check) and sensible. But with plastic and paper goods, watch out, a 1¢ or 2¢ per unit difference in a huge package of TP adds up!

Yep—I was shocked when I discovered that! And don't get me started on toilet paper! Idk why, but shelf labels for some pkgs are per sheet, some per 100 sheets, per sq ft, per roll, etc., etc. And it's always different. Gotta stand there and do all the calculations—can be significant $ difference! 😵‍💫

I'm glad Germany is smart enough to have learned that lesson. I wish the lesson had stuck here. Instead, the idiotic guy elected by our idiotic right wing nutjobs thinks ANTI-FAscism is a terrible thing rather than a vicious ideology that well over 400,000 Americans died to defeat. 😩

My brother was an Apple nut. I'm not complaining—he sometimes gave me his old devices when he upgraded (which he did often enough that they weren't ancient). When he died 3 years ago he left me his iPhone, MacBook Air, and Apple Watch. But I buy all aftermarket accessories (cases, watchbands, etc)!
