Well after a week and a half, give or take I’m back home from visiting the southwest. That said it’s December now so I might become more a bit more aloof as I’ve developed some rough history with the month ever since 2018 or so(don’t ask).

Currently in a different time zone visiting family after flying yesterday. If I’ve seemed more sporadic in how I respond it’s because I’ve been busy lately. Might be harder to reach and less around over the next week or so.

So the past couple of weeks have been an experiment in fermenting(not the first one I’ve done this year and far from my first in general). I tried to make Kimchi at home, stopped the fermenting yesterday cause I figured it was done by then. Today I used it to make some eggs. I think it worked out.
