got three more new roomates. house is full to capacaity and then some. trying to be less surly but it's really hard because i've been in pretty bad pain for a week. i just bought a new tablet to replace my old kindle. hoping my son will get me a kobo for my birthday next month.

How do you make a house not overstimulating when you live with roommates that don't clean and you're already disabled? i stay in my room all day except when i have to eat. i have no place else to go bc money. i feel like this environment is killing me slowly. #audhd #autistic #adhd

Got overstimulated yesterday when some errands took longer than I had anticipated. Felt like the lights were turned up to excessive brightness and I was irritable. Didn't want my partner to touch me. this happens more now, or maybe i notice it more. not sure what to do about it. #audhd #autistic

My environment is not exactly conducive to trying to accommodate myself for my autism. And I can't change my environment. It gets exhausting sometimes living somewhere I hate. On the upside, I got my first pair of noise cancelling headphones. #audhd #autism
