It’s around 4am… I rarely get a decent night’s sleep these days. Which is probably unwise as I had a heart attack last year. Yet sleeping comfortably seems to normalise a global reality born of Orwellian nightmares, where villains are lionised and victims vilified. I will be awake till dawn… again.

As the Christmas season approaches I hope we all remember the true spirit of Christmas… that it is about bringing children joy, kindness and gifts for their sweetness and innocence…

It is not about bombing children to watch thousands of them die in agony for no reason other than psychopathic hate.
