Still not able to manage my usual spicy fare, and anxiety won the getting outside battle tonight.. but some noms have at least been managed 🙏🌌🥑🍔🍟

Asked to escalate it as it's their fault and I'm still in their system... took years to manage the referral last time and that was when I had a reliable doctor I could actually get an appointment with!
Also threatened to involve the patient liaison service if not resolved🤞😬

Scratch that 😞 they just sent an email saying because it's been over 6 months I have to be re-referred🤬... the initial referral took me years to manage and it's their fault it's been delayed... this is beyond a joke.... Harrow Health treat patients atrociously!
Phew finally off the phone...four forms to fill out... one which is going to be incredibly difficult as I'm estranged from family... but progress has at least been made 😬🤞🙏🌌

Phew parcel arrived today finally... managed to manifest a pre-owned workstation from CEX... not a mark on it from what I can see... wasn't expecting a keyboard and mouse with it either...thank you so much to the friends that helped contribute 🫂 wholeheartedly appreciated 🙏🌌

Waited in all day for a parcel from DPD... two hours late and the driver doesn't even attempt delivery... claims I wasn't in... left a note on the downstairs door with my number too so there's no excuse other than overworking their drivers to the point they cant do their jobs 😞

All my tech is failing simultaneously but a plan is formulating.
Thanks to a couple of kind birthday gifts from online friends I've managed to get a monitor that I should be able to use with an old broken screened laptop while I manifest some kind of refurbished workstation 🙏🌌
