Bake for 10-15 minutes on top rack at 460F, move to the bottom rack when it darkens. Bake further for another 10 to 15 minutes on the bottom rack.

(You can top with olives too but I don't like olives so I didn't use them, my favorite brand of passata in the US is Mutti).

Dump the dough on top. Simple to spread out. Put passata on top (not too much!) and cherry tomatoes. Let rest 30 minutes. Simple again and spread out to cover the entire pan. Sprinkle with oregano / Italian herb mixture. Mix 80g water with 40g of olive oil and drizzle all over.

Mixing time was short, about 2-3 minutes. I substituted the fresh yeast in the recipe for 7g of instant yeast. The thermomix does warm up the dough a bit, so after 30 minutes the dough had doubled in size and was bubbly.
Filled my 10x14inch deep dish pizza pan with a out 1/2inch olive oil (a lot!)

So sorry! I usually do and of course, the moment I forget, this post blows up 😆
Anyway. I've posted a link to it in the comments and I'll comment further on how to make it!

Since many of you asked, I'll link the recipe below. However it's a thermomix recipe so you should be able to see the ingredient list but not the steps, so I'll comment on those further below! Hope that helps. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!

Drizzle the pizza surface with the water and oil emulsion and place the pan in the top rack for about 10 to 15 minutes, then I moved it to the bottom rack for another 10 minutes.
November 13, 2025 at 6:10 PM
And was able to spread out completely. Finished off with oregano and pizza mix herbs. The oven was preheated to 460F. Before it goes in the oven, prepare an 'emulsion' with 80 gof water and 40g of extra virgin olive oil.
November 13, 2025 at 6:10 PM
Poored about 1/2 inch of olive oil in the bottom (it's a lot!). Then dumped the dough in and spread it out as much as I could (didn't cover entirely). Distributed the passata, and tomatoes pressing them well into the dough. Let rest for 30 minutes, after that I dimpled again...
November 13, 2025 at 6:09 PM
Of course. Kneading time is short about 2 minutes (I also didn't have fresh yeast so I substituted for 7gr of instant yeast). Followed by a 30 minute test (my dough was doubled in size). I used a 10x14 inch rectangular pizza deep dish pan.
