More recent roundels, a bespoke hand-painted pair for a London client, featuring a Dartford Warbler and a Stonechat.

These will form the centrepieces of a pair of new #Victorian style #stainedglass front door panels.

Each one has had 5-6 kiln firings to build up the layers of detail and colour.

Wonderful visit to the Tirzah Garwood exhibition at Dulwich Picture Gallery yesterday. Beautiful, inspiring, uplifting but also heartbreaking.

Some highlights were her collages with pressed ferns, the extract from her autobiography, read by Tamsin Grieg, and her dream-like, surreal oil paintings.

Sweet little commission from a couple of years ago, a celebration of the best things about February- the return of wrens singing and hellebores. Not long now!
