For those who don’t know, mum had a hip replacement 6 months ago and I was worried out of my mind that she hurt her hip when she fell today. Feelings of anxiety and worry manifest outwardly as anger for me because I can’t control the situation. So yeah I’m pissed off, irritable and in physical pain.

Dad is staying clear of me. 🤣
