The same approach that applies to permitting women in men’s single sex spaces.
It is nonsensical to suppose that Stonewall invented a statutory interpretation which was originated by the EHRC and the coalition government 15 years ago. It is odd that GC activists make such a claim.

Presumably there will be a Guardian articles this shortly, considering it’s ‘notable’, and in the interests of balanced reporting? Apologies if there is one and I’ve missed it. I think if 33 Labour MPs wrote about Palestine Action it’d be on the website.

Hi Jolyon - Streeting has replied to the petition to enshrine the right to transition. A whole lid of nothing in general, *but* it addresses the conversion therapy ban too, and implies that there will be exceptions for ‘religious leaders and parents’ among others. Highly concerning.
