France: une Palestinienne de Gaza obtient le statut de réfugiée au motif de sa «nationalité»
En France, la Cour nationale du droit d'asile a décidé vendredi 11 juillet que tous les ressortissants palestiniens de Gaza pourront bénéficier du statut de réfugié. La CNDA avait été saisie il y a plusieurs mois par une mère de famille gazaouie qui fuyait les représailles israéliennes, suite aux attaques du Hamas le 7 octobre 2023. Elle lui a finalement accordé le statut de réfugiée en raison des « méthodes de guerre » utilisées par l’État hébreu.
