I got sick with the flu recently (I’m in recovery mode), and chicken broth/bone broth were the only things I can consume.
Low sodium chicken bone broth is awesome cause it’s high in protein and I can just chug a bunch of it in a coffee cup. In the winter, it’s basically soup
