I’m not sure I ever appreciated being Irish more than I have since Brexit 🤣. Thank goodness I won’t have to bother with all that hassle. It’s also comforting to know that I have an easier escape route to France if deform ever manage to win enough seats to form a govt.

It’s the same here and unfortunately it’s slower than usual too. There are more houses than buyers which means there’s more competition. It’s a pain as I’m seeing some perfect places come up in Devon and a few have sold while mine was getting lots of viewings & positive comments but no offers 🙄

Right back at you lovely. All good just really busy with work and house stuff. The market is a bag of shite at the moment so I’m doing a few touch ups before popping it back on the market fairly soon. How’s you?
