When you schedule 'wrist stretches' every day but also schedule a circuit 'elbow stretches' that contains the former.

Should the app:

A - mark both the movement and the circuit completed
B - mark just the circuit completed
C - something else...

Leaning towards A, what do you think?

This is what that looks like in action, turn on your sound to hear the sounds for the start of a new movement, rest and completion of the full set.

The timer is really just that, it times the movement, rest, and rounds and allows you to complete reps for rep based movements as well.
