Re-did the cover art for the chapter about the domain of war and it’s demon lord 👀 pretty happy with it!
Nagaa’ya Divine Domains. Mother god of war. Patron god of fallen soldiers. Watcher over unclaimed bodies and unmarked graves. God of death and battlefields. Nagaa’ya is an old god who has gone through a dark, grief-driven transformation. Once a god of death who ferried fallen soldiers to the afterlife, she thrived as a protector of the fallen. So great was her power that she opted to produce a child by splitting her core of power in two, creating her oldest daughter, Lilith. However, as the wars of mortals and gods grew, she was stretched thin as on each journey she was compelled to carry more and more lost souls. After the death of her first daughter, Nagaa’ya was overcome by grief, not just for herself but for the mothers of the thousand of dead soldiers she had buried. And so she raised them. The undead flooded every plane, consumed by Nagaa’ya’s madness, mixed with their own drive to continue serving in battle. Thousands died in the wake of her actions and, as punishment, she was sealed into the Abyss.

like, clubs, or lj comms, or single-interest forums just do not exist. Today you toss fanart/discussion onto an open sea and pray other fans will see it and engage, and if not, too bad

All his interest sharpens on the tea shop around him. With shocking ease, he separates out all the different individual flavors of tea and identifies the ones he doesn’t already have. And he needs them. Suddenly, viscerally, with almost the same drive that he needed Neuvillette during his rut, he needs these teas. Not a minute later, he’s grabbed a shopping basket and filled it with five different tins. He stares at his new collection, a little baffled by his behavior, and then catches another new scent. Vanilla and almond. Without thought, he crosses the shop to find the tea in question, mindlessly putting it in his basket along with the others. More. He needs more. There have to be more teas here he hasn’t had before, and he finds them with a single-minded intensity. “That will be eight thousand mora,” the proprietor says, shaking Wriothesley out of his daze. “I know you’ll appreciate the vanilla almond blend especially, Your Grace,” he says cheerfully, passing the bagged tea to Wriothesley. It takes all of Wriothesley’s self-control not to grab the bag, open it, and quite literally count up all the tins inside it. “No better place in all the Court,” he assures Armand. With a wave, he departs the tea shop, staring at the bag in his hand. “What the fuck?” he mutters to himself.
