I started wearing ear plugs to bed a few years ago bc of all the air raid sirens/drones flying overhead/explosions, and it has given me severe sound sensitivity. I can't sleep without them, and every sound like my upstairs neighbor walking around or raindrops hitting the window pmo so much, IT SUCKS
