Flechs Command Console v0.14:

Improved import handling — ad-hoc unit imports are saved in a 'catalog' included in searches; import whole folders of units for offline use; Chrome users can link to a folder of units w/o import.

Safari requirements upped tho.

A tiny but important item is engine and explosion liabilities.

Each of the units here have somewhat beefy-ish armor / internal but are differently robust — note the THR's ammo + XL combo, the ANH's overall explodeyness compared to the Rifleman IIC, and the MAD-3R's solitary unCASEd ammo bin.

Caniuse says not supported

TP 215 release notes say 'added' (i.e. it was not there before.)
