Look, I don’t pretend to understand everything Kendrick Lamar was putting down, but I DO understand symbolism. The entire Super Bowl, including the ads was a massive FUCK YOU to the powers of white nationalism and the patriarchy. So many ads promoting inclusion. Uncle Sam. The pre show. Everything.

Over the last few years it has become abundantly clear that most people either don't read (or comprehend), have a poor understanding of math and statistics or both. Parent apps for my kid's school activities are mindblowing. The number of people that don't read or comprehend posts is staggering.

It’s been a rough couple of weeks. A waterline cracked in our slab, requiring a re-route through the attic. When the plumber was doing that, he noted that the roof was leaking. Took a bit to get that repaired. Flash did not like the hammering, but it’s over now. #catsofbluesky #cats

I had this grand idea to put up an outdoor antenna to get better reception on network TV using an existing coaxial cable system from an old cable install. Idea was great until I realized that I need to ground the antenna and the idea of ramming 8 feet of copper into the ground sounds like hell. Bah.
