Idk where Mulligan got the body, but when I saw his caricature of David Bowie I suspected that he didn’t do it himself. A quick google search provided the source. He changed the hair but it’s clearly the same face

Mulligan’s Jack Sparrow on the left, and the original by artist Shoomlah for Kinect Disneyland Adventures game- literally traced over. He changed the face but Googling “jack sparrow caricature” brought up several possible inspirations for Mulligans version. I just included one.

Mandy is such a famous character and Dean Yeagle’s style is so recognizable. Mulligan blatantly repurposed it, even the face, though he could have made it look like Carrie Fisher if he wanted to.
