Paint on glass is such a cool medium. Like, the theory is so straightforward (use a paint that doesn’t dry immediately, like oils) and push the paint bit by bit. But the reality is just… so much more complex.

Needed this today, been in pain so did less, and have a bad habit of striving for perfection when I do work on things. Letting go of reaching for the highest standards and 'just' feeling good about every accomplishment will feel far better! #Fibromyalgia
Being your best is not about doing your best. your best to too much and will make you feel horrible. do as much as you can withing your limits instead.
