I started wearing wigs (technically hair toppers) in April 2023. I'd been thinking about it for awhile but got serious during COVID when chunks of my hair started falling out. Now, I wear a topper nearly every day -- and very few folks can tell. 😎

Something sweet I saw while on a lab visit. While explaining her research, the scientist had motioned to a periodic table magnet that had been "decorated" by her kid. 🖍️

During the Prairie Ridge Ecostation tour last week, I learned that prairies are native to the eastern part of the U.S. and have been almost completely wiped out by development, and that, yes, I have been conditioned to fear nature. A little #prairie time did me some good! #SciWri24
