In between my 9-5, a quick stop at Happy Earth Tea, and on my way to Salena's for Thursday Trivia night, I stopped to see the wonderful, beautiful, extraordinarily Rochester Clock of Nations! It's open to the public daily from 7 am to 7 pm inside Tower 280.

My new “favorite” leg day finisher is a “weighted wall sit on toes” - 60 seconds is the goal (which I didn’t reach, lol) for three sets. As you can see, the legs shake uncontrollably and it’s murder. 10/10 recommend.
