We’re obsessed! And you know my husband is a numbers guy and he has found all types of hidden stuff.

will be through the church or just a community thing, but we’re going to make it happen! Plus all of the school teams were for middle and high schoolers. We want our team to be for all ages.

not one local school offers participation for homeschool students but also, every team was full of only white students. I didn’t even see biracial students in any of the photos. So, I spoke with my husband who is a fisherman and outdoorsman, and we’re going to make our own team. Not sure if it -

We watched “Wicked” Saturday night and the kids loved it! I loved it, myself. They requested it again last night and my husband and I caved and we all watched it again. That Ariana Grande really surprised me. And of course Cynthia Erivo was brilliant.

It was watchable but definitely not the best live action film. It was mediocre at best.

They should have kept it in the classrooms.

The kids begged me all day yesterday. I told them we had to wait for their dad. 😂😂 We did, though. We’re only doing an hour at a time. They love it. They’re ready for today, too.

I love that it’s set in the 90s. We had to explain to the kids what a “Got milk?” ad was, burning CDs, and dial up internet. “Netscrape Explorer” has my husband and I in stitches! The kids looked at us like we had lost it with all of our reminiscing and laughing at the made up names. 😂😂😂😂

It’s fine if there are. Tis’ life. When that genealogy board popped up on the wall when we were playing with the kids, the second born was like “That’s a big family tree!” My husband told him that’s nothing compared to theirs on his side. After playing this they’re going to want to do one I bet.

We’re still up playing. This man has said “I need to go to sleep!” about fifteen times. 😂😂 I told him we can stop whenever and he’s like he can’t put it down. It’s really well done. Fingers crossed one of the kids don’t get up and catch us playing. 😂😂

to stop playing! We mirrored it to the TV so everyone could participate. The fact that it (inadvertently) teaches logic, research, genealogy, etc., I mean it’s so good. Scandalous at times, but so good. My husband and I started a separate game so we can keep playing and get ahead in the story. 😂😂

in public (and/or private) school settings get LESS socialization than most home educated children. Once I pose these questions, people typically either walk away or say they never thought about it that way. Only home educators are questioned about our kids socializing. Throw it the other way.

Classroom settings have the complete opposite effect than what many think they do. They actually make it harder to focus, but also do not prepare children for real world settings, even college settings. And as for socializing, other than a bus ride to and from, break, lunch, and PE, most children -

B) If you are sending them to socialize, did you research which school would be best for them to excel and exceed at socializing? C) (the one that gets them) What job have you ever worked where you were surrounded by people of the same age and same ability to learn like a classroom setting? -
