The THQ Nordic acquistion spree was more concerning and did more damage. Although after picking up multiple smaler struggling studios like Obisidan M$ spree got a bit out of hand. I simply didn't care that much about the studios getting bought, maybe that is the reason I didn't see it as concering.

Paying to work should be a crime, same with the publish or perish mindset. The same goes for the big academic publishing companies.

Their stance on trans rights also tells you about:

1. their ability to advocate for the marginalised

2. their ability to determine truth from lies

3. their ability to hold possibly unpopular stances in defence of liberty

If they suck at any of these things, they're inevitably going to fail you.
