not sure if anyone noticed till now. you can actually hover over those relay pins on desktop and it will show you the live firehose data from that relay.

( could be a nice way to demo firehose/relays to someone new to atproto )

😍 @alex.bsky.team pulled up @firehose.network during fosdem Q&A about atproto relays!

At very quick glance:
- @besaid.zone's covers only ~1/3
- @upcloud.com's covers ~2/3
- atproto.africa is missing ~5%
- @bad-example.com's and @sri.xyz's have pretty much the exact same coverage as Bluesky's 🏆👏
- mine is, well, special 🙃

Heyyy, the creator of Taproot @atproto.at (a service I use basically every day) is doin’ relays - public and free to use! :)

That’s yet more infrastructure for the network that can stand on its own even if Bluesky itself doesn’t. Yay for network health!
