I’m grateful for the Senator and proud that she is my elected representative. Making my calls daily, which include liberal appreciation and support to her and her staff each and every time. And also - we are facing a coup. I believe it’s reasonable in the face of that to ask “what else can we do?”

Senator, with respect there had to be more to say than “what the Republicans are doing is awful”. So many of us KNOW this. What we need is inspiring leadership, a bold vision, and an offensive strategy. What can we DO? How can we get more everyday Americans on board to act on their own behalf?

Keep up the good work, Senator.

Grind it to a halt, Senator.

And yes, I’ve been there too. Lingering in the twisty caverns of my own head. Missing opportunities to be fully awake and alive.

Am actively course correcting to center lived experience and relating with other humans IRL over virtual reality. I stumble in this alot. It’s an ongoing process. ❤️

For example, I swapped out the Catholic “Our Father” prayer beads for a Buddhist metta prayer

The tradition has Mary mysteries and prayers associated with each bead, but you can modify in any way that’s resonant. I’ve felt into it and made the prayers my own. The beauty is it’s meditative in a circular rather than linear fashion. Nothing to “master”, just show up in devotion to the Mother. ❤️

C’mon in sis, the water’s warm!

(Now you can tell her there’s an actual conversation happening about her over here, and to find out what we’re saying she’ll just have to log on. 😉)

Yep. It’s all about the ancient tradition of prayer beads as a form of devotion and supplication to the Mother (pre-Christian, as well as current use in connection to Mary).

Same same. When I was in Belfast, someone I was in ceremony with came up to me and just handed me the book. We had not spoken up to that point, she said “I feel like you need to read this.” Still took me five more months and a zillion Mary encounters before I cracked it open tho. Slow learner 🤣
