Just watched Gaslight (1944) for the first time and it's such a monumental film. Bergman's ending monologue is incredibly cathartic and makes it easy to understand why she is a generational talent. Boyer is phenomenal too bc I havent wanted to beat a fictional man with hammers this badly for a while

Despite getting into iwtv knowing it was always supposed to come to this I really can't fathom a claudialess season. She really was the heart of the show :(
