Tesla should have their corporate charter revoked. Cars should be be repurchased by Tesla and their owners made whole. All their IP should be made public domain. Musk’s citizenship demands a trial for treason. Upon a finding of guilt he should be hanged by the neck till dead; assets become public.

I think its more due to the finite nature of our planet. We have a fixed amount of resources— not enough falls from the sky to replace what we use and as our population grows that accelerates.

I would quibble that the pre-req is scarcity of resources, and that Y-o-Y growth is whats used to make people who can never have enough feel like maybe they’re close to having enough. But the wealthy cannot be sated. They have a hoarding disorder that we call “greed”.
