When discussing ADA accomodations, I hate when management tries to say "you walk from your car to the office in the sun" as a reason why I can work in the Florida heat.

I find so many things happening too terrifying right now in America. I want this downward spiral to end.
Why does it matter what is in someone's pants, especially when peers have said they are fit to lead?
As a transman, I am tense and sick to my stomach.
