Firstly, I consider myself to be one of the luckiest people, doing a job that I live, even after 45 years.
Left school at 16 with no qualifications, rode a motorbike around London for 4 years and then saw an advert to become a fingerprint trainee.
The rest is history.
Just finishing a week in Albania, helping the fingerprint bureau get their accreditation in a few months.
Got given a gift today as they realised I collect police memorabilia.
What a stunning badge.

Honduras:
On behalf of a UK based manufacturer of excellent forensic science equipment, specialised fingerprint camera training for the Police.
And what a crazy flight approach to Tegucigalpa airport (and what a rooftop pool)

China:
Back in 2004 I presented to the Chinese Forensic Science institute on how the UK remotely transmitted fingermarks from the scene to the bureau (we were world leaders at that stage) plus a bit of sightseeing.
Them in Hong Kong. I gave evidence in a fraud case.

When I worked for the UK Police, both as a CSI and as a Fingerprint Expert, I had the opportunity to do charitable work (fingerprinting Mickey and Minnie and also Ronald) but also assist in the investigation of arsons etc.
