At the Side Door on Locust. We were one of the regular “opening bands” there for national touring acts.

Got to open for them when they toured for their debut and it was a huge thrill! Was a big fan of the three original BFF albums.

And “A New Earth” took me much deepr down the rabbit hole towards my current mission/life/work.

Last night he covered a lot of ground in 2+ hours, with old favorite teachings that now have greater meaning with many more years of life’s up and downs…

Please prioritize your own self-care and energy so that you have the energy to do all of this (and in my vernacular “Find Light”). And most importantly, please do all of this before it’s too late!

Please have conversations with friends, family members, and your community about why this moment in time is so perilous. Please frame any debate using language and information that helps explain and not demonize. Please don’t fight anger and hate with the same energy.

Questions that generate not only inner clarity, but the motivation and courage needed to act. You might be feeling the need to do that in these uncertain times. What are they?
