Painted up Akhorne the Squirrel for my Halfling team. I didn't even know he was a thing before I bought a Treeman for the team, then stumbled upon the rules for the tiny squirrel on that sprue. And he is glorious.

Picked them up after listening to Ciaphas Cain novels. Others will get bases like the plasma gunner's later. Unsure about a full army, lists I built were around flyers or the now Legends'd Stormblade, the coolest Baneblade variant. #warhammer #warhammercommunity #40k #imperialguard

Finally drybrushed the bases. Need a better varnishing solution than spray/brush, pigment powders after. Shelving Drukhari for now that the Tantalus was removed. Boring to build lists with so few units, doesn't inspire to get or paint.
