Its very hit and miss, technically they allow 'artistic nudity' but they can still just ban you at any point seemingly at random, and always seems to hit trans women most.

Always thought it was weird that this was switched in the season order with Curse Of The Black Spot and both have themes of isolated children but there's no mention of it from Amy and Rory.
