In a collaborative project, we’re harmonizing 🇫🇷 & 🇩🇪 social security data to research maternal employment. We find that motherhood employment penalities are larger in 🇩🇪, but more stratified in 🇫🇷 see our 1st working paper here: osf.io/preprints/so... with P Achard, C Frodermann, D Müller, S Wagner
