#MovieTrivia: While Brian Cox was playing the original screen Hannibal Lecter (Lecktor) in 1986's 'Manhunter', Anthony Hopkins was playing King Lear at the National Theatre, with the roles then reversed when Hopkins immortalised the character in 1991's 'The Silence of the Lambs'.
