Bike theft sucks for everyone involved - people who lose their bikes and people who have to steal them to get by. Nobody wants to do that.
Except cops, whose salaries start at $67k to $112k + OT.
The chief says he's "disappointed." The culprit is suspended, with pay.

So, went to the eye doctor this morning, all good. Mentioned I was thinking about a change of frames. Saw a sales person. Selected a frame and progessive lenses. Total cost $1100. Is this normal?
