Healthcare and dentistry should be using RESPIRATORS for all patients, but most especially for the high risk. The CDC states that high risk people need to be protected and the best mask is an N95. Healthcare needs to stop being complacent and causing suffering and death instead of healing.

2/2 4B does not say that women should not want children or find it morally wrong to have them. Instead, the onus is really on the men to become better human beings, partners and fathers. 4B is about how it is unsafe to participate in the 4 B's, not that it is immoral or wrong or evil somehow.

4B isn't a "childfree" movement; the philosophy is not about hating mothers, motherhood, giving birth. The childfree or antinatalist philosophy is that it is immoral to have kids, but 4B doesn't state this. 4B states that they refrain from having kids with men until women are treated equally. 1/2

4B seems to strike fear in a lot of hearts but really it is women figuring themselves out. I think we have all become too codependent and reliant and need to be self sufficient. If and when you want a relationship, you are empowered to make wise choices about who shares your life, with no pressure.

4B isn't about hating men. It's about investing in yourself. Your own life and interests and your own independence *from anyone*. It's very smart to be as self-sufficient as possible. When and if you ever want a relationship, you would not be needing, but choosing intentionally. Much more healthy.

Folks may disagree for many reasons, but I advocate 4B and not having any physical relations with males for the foreseeable future as a survival tactic. It may not be what you want to do, but it could save your life. Stay safe out there.
