China Research Day 2025 continued with a discussion on China’s role in conflict mediation, it's humanitarian relief efforts, and the evolving landscape of peace mediation as more diverse actors bring forward new approaches.

In the first session, @marclanteigne.bsky.social delivered a keynote titled Cold Horizon: China’s Evolving Arctic Strategies and European Responses. Together with the other speakers he outlined with China’s role in the Arctic in three key areas: research, economic interests, and governance.
