Think prayer can’t change great adversities? Take St. Anthony Mary Claret. During a fire in Santiago, Cuba, he led the townspeople in prayer. Holding a crucifix, he approached the flames, which miraculously subsided and extinguished, saving the town. This event reinforced faith in his intercession.

I admire your steadfastness. As a Manager in Big Construction, I often wear the hat of a Culture Change Manager. To uplift the morale of our workforce, I've written a series of prose called "The Art of Virtues." I believe this particular piece is fitting for the moment. Please enjoy.
