I love how my Pepsi cat is currently following me everywhere… I’ve been working in the loft most of the day, with her by my side (on me if I was on a call with anyone because if I’m talking, obviously it’s to her!) but lunch in the garden and now at the end of the day, she joins me too. So sweet.

So I did something pretty amazing, a solo holiday in Spain! Ten years ago, even two years ago, I couldn’t have done it. All inclusive, a massive choice at the buffet every meal, eating around lots of people, and I was so comfortable and happy! #recovery #anorexia
