TL;DR- physicians shouldnt be licensed to diagnose nor treat mental disorders, they dont have the depth of training needed in both psychology and neurochemistry. Psychiatrist do, and should be the sole providers of mental health diagnosis and treatment.

Needless to say, it was way too much for her and cause severe negative side effects. yrs later she went to a psychiatrist and found that she only needed 15mg for extremely busy days and 10mg for day-to-day.
